Kim Miller is a licensed SC real estate instructor and the Broker in Charge of Out of the Box Real Estate LLC and Out of the Box Training. As part of her role as a mentor and real estate coach, she leads an educational team dedicated to helping real estate agents and future agents think 'out of the box' to elevate their businesses. Additionally, she serves on the Central Carolina Realtors Association Board of Directors, acts as Vice Chair for the CCRA DEI Committee, and is the 2026 Vice President of the South Carolina Chapter of NAREB. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Kim credits her success to her strong faith and belief in God, embodying the spirit of real estate training specialists who empower others to achieve their dreams.
